I had a decent stay at this hotel. The rooms were quite clean and had an abundance of electric sockets, which made my tech gadgets happy. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Mikawashima JR station and surrounded by great restaurants and supermarkets. However, the service left a lot to be desired as communication was often a challenge, and I felt like I only got the bare minimum from the staff. Overall, it was a fair value for money, but improvements in service would make a big difference.

My stay was mixed; the hotel was situated conveniently close to the train station and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores, which was a huge plus. The room was spacious and gorgeous, but it wasn't very clean with hair from previous guests on the floor and in the bathroom. While the service staff were polite, they offered very minimal assistance. Overall, it has great potential but needs attention to cleanliness and service.
